Why Do We Write?

If I had to answer this question, I would say it’s a need to express the things I cannot say.

Most writers consider their audience: “Who am I talking to? How can reach them?”

When all else fails to satisfy that need, to be heard, there is someone who knows our inner most thoughts.

My God, my Lord, and the creator of the universe sees me. He knows what is waiting to be written even before I acknowledge it. So my answer…I write to share His great love.

“Now I have put my words in your mouth.” (Jeremiah 1:9)
